Consolidated Electric Cooperative has updated its online bill payment system to SmartHub, which puts the power of data in our members’ hands. SmartHub account access provides members with detailed use and billing history that includes bill comparisons with weather trends. If you are registered with CEC’s previous eBill payment system, you can use the same e-mail address and password to log into SmartHub. Access your account with your smartphone, PC/laptop or iPad!

The setup process for new users is simple, and all you need is your account number. For additional information call 800-421-5863.

Budget payment plan
This variable payment plan calculates a rolling average so you never have a “catch-up” month. And there are no monthly fees or finance charges. Call (800) 421-5863 for more information or to sign up.

Automatic bill payment plan
Have your electric bill automatically paid out of your checking or savings account each month. A monthly statement you receive will indicate the payment amount. Call (800) 421-5863 for more information on this free service.

Pay by phone, in person or by mail
Call (800) 421-5863 to utilize our pay-by-phone service. If you prefer, you can also stop by any one of our offices during normal business hours to pay in person, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. And, of course, you may also choose to pay by check through the mail. Payment drop boxes are also available at both offices for your convenience 24 hours a day.
