2024 Subsidiary Service Survey
Do you receive our fiber, propane, and/or natural gas service? We need your feedback! From now through October 31, take our subsidiary survey to let us know how we can continue improving our service.
Over 300 subsidiary members have taken the survey, but you could still earn a bill credit! All qualifying members who complete the survey by October 31, 2024 will be entered to win one of three $100 bill credits!*
The survey asks you about electric service first, then you will answer similar questions about your fiber, natural gas, and/or propane service. The survey takes about 6-7 minutes if you have service from one Consolidated subsidiary, and about 9-10 minutes if you have service from two.
Make sure to have your account number ready (you can find it on a recent bill or your Consolidated SmartHub account). Your information will only be used to verify that you are actively receiving one or more of our subsidiary services. Our secure, third-party partner will send us a list of qualifying account numbers so we can apply bill credits, but we will never see anyone’s individual survey results.
Why are we surveying our members?
As a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative, we exist only to serve our members, not to bring in profits for shareholders. While we always welcome your feedback over the phone, by email, or in the office, surveys like these help us get a bigger picture of the opportunities we have to continue improving the ways we serve you.
*If you were one of the first 300 qualifying members to complete the survey, your $10 bill credit will appear on your November or December bill, depending on your billing cycle. To qualify for our $100 bill credit drawings, you must complete the survey, provide your account number, and be actively receiving one of our subsidiary services (natural gas, propane and/or fiber). All qualifying members who complete the survey will be entered to win.
Survey Instructions
When you get to the survey, use the orange buttons that say “Next” or “Previous” at the bottom of each page to navigate through the survey. If the survey doesn’t let you move on to the next page, it just means that you’ve missed a question on that page that requires an answer. Simply scroll back through the page to find any missed questions – they will be marked by an exclamation point icon and a note that the question requires an answer. Once you respond to all required questions, you’ll be able to move on!
