Pre-Buy Deliveries
Please note, Pre-Buy deliveries do not begin until October 1. If your tank is low or you need propane before Pre-Buy deliveries begin, you must place a separate order for market-rate propane. Call 800-421-5863 or email service@consolidated.coop if you have questions.

What if your propane rate goes down after Pre-Buy begins?
We’ll match it! The goal of our Pre-Buy program is to help you save money, so you will always get our best available rate on your Pre-Buy gallons.
Will my deliveries change if I participate in Pre-Buy?
No! If you are on will-call delivery before Pre-Buy begins, you will stay on will-call delivery unless you contact us to request a change.
When will I receive my Pre-Buy gallons?
For members on keep-full (automatic) and will-call delivery, Pre-Buy applies to any deliveries made between October 1 and March 31. For members with metered service, the Pre-Buy season encompasses our billing months of October-April.
If you use up your Pre-Buy gallons before the season ends, we will bill any additional gallons at our market rate. If you have gallons left over after the season ends, your remaining funds will stay on your account as a credit.
