America’s Electric Cooperatives are proud to partner with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library® to provide free books to young children!
The Imagination Library is designed to inspire a love of reading by mailing one free book per month to children from birth to age five. This means children who are enrolled from birth would receive 60 books!
The Ohio Imagination Library is available to all Ohio kids, free of charge. Learn more and enroll today at ohioimaginationlibrary.org.
Why did the Library partner with cooperatives?
America’s Electric Cooperatives are the Library’s only national partnership. This partnership was established based on shared values – both the Library and cooperatives are committed to helping improve life in the communities we serve, and investing in youth is a critical part of that mission. As a part of this partnership, electric cooperatives help raise awareness about the free program to our members, as co-ops often serve rural communities that could be harder for the library to reach.
At Consolidated, we are proud to work together with our fellow cooperatives and the Dolly Parton Imagination Library® to help promote literacy and a love of reading throughout all of our communities.
