System Downtime – August 10

On Sunday, August 10, we are conducting a system upgrade that will make our website, SmartHub, and payment systems temporarily unavailable.

We plan to start the upgrade at 12 a.m., and we anticipate that testing will be complete by 8:30 a.m.  

The upgrade is just one of the many proactive steps that we take to maintain excellent security and efficiency throughout all our systems. Our outage hotline will still be available throughout the downtime so you can make reports if any issues occur.
