Applications for all scholarships must be received by February 13, 2026 to count.
Consolidated Cooperative Concern for Community Scholarships
“Concern for Community” is one of the seven guiding principles that all cooperatives follow. This scholarship is designed to empower and invest in students who have demonstrated a genuine care and concern for their communities.
We are offering five $2,000 scholarships named in memoriam of five Consolidated trustees who dedicated their lives to community:
- The Phillip “Skip” Edwards Memorial Scholarship
- The H. Richard Gearshiser Memorial scholarship
- The Thomas Myser Memorial Scholarship
- The Charles Lynn Memorial Scholarship
- The Donald McCracken Memorial Scholarship
These scholarships can be used for program tuition, books or course materials, room and board, and other education- or training-related expenses. Applicants must be graduating seniors whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are Consolidated Cooperative members, and who have plans to attend a college, university, trade school, or vocational training after graduation.
Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives Academic Achievement Scholarship
We partner with Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives to provide the Children of Members Scholarship Program. This program is focused on academic achievement.
We are offering one $2,000 scholarship to our top applicant, who will have the chance to win thousands more from Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives.
Finalists from each participating cooperative in Ohio will conduct interviews with a panel of independent judges to determine the top ten winners, and the honorable mentions. To qualify for this scholarship, you must be able to attend the interview competition at Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives in Columbus on April 8.
These scholarships can be used for tuition, books, room and board, and other education-related expenses. Applicants must be graduating seniors whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are Consolidated Cooperative members, and who have plans to attend a college, university, trade school, or vocational training after graduation.
