At Consolidated Electric Cooperative (CEC) we take the security of our member’s personal information
seriously.  CEC will be making some procedural changes in the very near future to ensure that your credit card information is protected even more than it is today. Our phone payments will soon be handled by an automated PCI compliant system that makes sure your information is safe and secure. When the procedural changes are complete, CEC will no longer accept payments of any type over the phone. You can continue making payments by phone with our PCI automated system 24/7 or online through our PCI compliant billing site SmartHub, and as always we accept mail, walk in and drop box payments.

Our member service representatives are here to assist you with any questions you might have and you may reach them by calling our office at 800-421-5863.
