The budget payment plan is the easy way to help manage your budget and avoid higher seasonal bills. Consolidated offers a “rolling” budget plan, which means your budget payment is adjusted each month, based on the prior 12 months’ use, so you never have a “catch-up” month. Typically the monthly adjustments are small, but if we have wild swings in the weather – as can happen in Central Ohio – then the variations may be larger than normal.
