Propane Pre-Buy

Welcome to the online ordering system for our Propane Pre-Buy Program! Choose the amount of propane that you want to buy, and lock in at our October 2025-March 2026 pre-buy rate of $1.89 per gallon, plus tax.

New Feature – Price Matching: Propane rates typically go up over the winter, when demand is high. However, though very rare, it is possible for our propane market rate to drop below our pre-buy rate during the pre-buy season. If our propane rate drops below $1.89, we will match it and deliver your pre-buy gallons at our best available rate.

Pre-Buy Closes September 19! All orders and payments must be finalized by September 19 to lock in at our pre-buy rate.

How many gallons should I purchase?
We recommend ordering only the amount you anticipate that you will use this winter. The maximum purchase is 5,000 gallons. There is no minimum pre-buy purchase, but please note that there is a $50 fee for deliveries of fewer than 200 gallons. This means that if you pre-buy fewer than 200 gallons, you will need to add gallons purchased at market rate to your delivery to avoid the fee.  

If you have participated in this program within the last two years, you can find your previous years’ propane use on the email that you received from us. You can also contact our office for help from a member of our team.

How to Order:

1. Between August 15-September 19, fill out the Propane Pre-Buy Order Form on the bottom of this page. A valid email address is required to pre-buy online. When your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your total invoice (including tax) and payment instructions.
2. Payment is due in full when your purchase is processed. Because Pre-Buy is a first-come, first-serve program, we cannot reserve gallons for any member until we have received their full payment. You can use any of our convenient payment methods to pay your Pre-Buy invoice. Visit our website’s “About My Bill” page to see all the ways you can pay. We cannot accept Pre-Buy orders or payments after September 19.
3. If your account has a positive credit at the time of payment, that credit can be used toward your pre-buy balance.
4. If you’d like a receipt of your purchase, you can find it in the My Documents section of your Consolidated SmartHub account.
